Job Description

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of Indirect procurement category strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include delivering sustainable supply solutions, owning the end-to-end strategic sourcing process, and managing cost reduction activities.

The ideal candidate will have highly effective interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and influencing abilities, and a sound understanding of supply market fundamentals and strategic sourcing processes.

Preferred qualifications include a CIPSA or equivalent qualification, excellent knowledge of FMCG, and experience in procurement roles - depth in category management.

Additional responsibilities will include active participation with cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, R&D, and Supply Chain.
