About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Media Performance Strategist.

This exciting new role will involve hands-on work with data, digital, and measurement tools, driving growth opportunities in the data-driven space.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data & analytics solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging their expertise to drive business outcomes.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to media teams by analyzing client data and developing targeted strategies.
  • Translate client challenges into clear digital maturity models, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Provide regular thought leadership, insights, and recommendations for best practice analytics and performance optimization.
  • Drive Maximum Marketing ROI (MMR) with global clients' own tools, identifying optimal ways to utilize them.
  • Partner with clients' Measurement teams to develop tailored data and analytics frameworks.
  • Consult on best practice processes to collect and ingest required data for Media Optimization, Data Visualization, Reporting, and Measurement.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of media planning and buying essentials, Performance Media, and data & analytics.
  • Experience in data & analytics technology and platforms, including Google Marketing Stack and third-party measurement solutions.
  • Proven ability to apply analytics to paid media, build executive-level insights packs and dashboards that inform business decisions, and drive strategy creation.
  • Broad knowledge of technology from applications to infrastructure, with experience building quality industry and category-level insights.
