We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding our wholesale customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, driving new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
- Provide accurate reports on sales performance and opportunity forecasts.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities that can drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
- A background in new business development, account management, or technical solution sales.
- Experience operating within the IT and telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of connectivity services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex and large customers while ensuring portfolio longevity and profitability.
- Ability to present and negotiate value propositions with C-Level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at various levels.
