About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding our wholesale customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, driving new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
  3. Provide accurate reports on sales performance and opportunity forecasts.
  4. Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities that can drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

  1. A background in new business development, account management, or technical solution sales.
  2. Experience operating within the IT and telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of connectivity services.
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing complex and large customers while ensuring portfolio longevity and profitability.
  4. Ability to present and negotiate value propositions with C-Level executives.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at various levels.
