Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead and manage M&A integration efforts, ensuring alignment across people, processes, technology, and culture.
2. Drive execution of business-critical strategic projects, focusing on growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
3. Work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, Professional Services, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum synergy realisation.
5. Implement change management strategies to support internal and external stakeholders through transformations.
6. Define and monitor KPIs for integration and strategic project success, using data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement.
7. Support executive leadership in identifying and executing new opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
8. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute M&A integration plans, ensuring effective integration of newly acquired businesses into the organization's operations.
2. Monitor and report on integration progress, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize business outcomes.
3. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance, scalability, and market positioning.
4. Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and acquired entities.
5. Analyse data and industry trends to drive informed decision-making and optimise integration and project outcomes.
6. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on business transformation opportunities.
7. Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, product strategy, and operational execution.

Key Requirements:

1. Strong M&A integration experience, with expertise in post-merger processes, systems, and culture alignment.
2. Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic projects, navigating complex priorities while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
3. Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term business value.
4. Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience in change management, business transformation, and operational improvements.
7. Ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments, bringing structured thinking to ambiguous challenges.
8. Understanding of M&A integration best practices, including operational, financial, and cultural integration.
9. Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS business models, and B2B customer needs.
10. Understanding of data-driven decision-making and how to leverage analytics for strategic planning.
11. Knowledge of business transformation methodologies, including Agile and Lean process improvement.
12. Proven track record of leading post-merger integrations, with experience in aligning acquired businesses with corporate strategy.
13. Demonstrated success in leading strategic, high-impact business projects.
14. Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
15. Hands-on experience in change management, guiding organisations through transitions and scaling challenges.
16. Strong background in analysing business performance data and developing strategic recommendations.
17. Consulting background highly regarded, particularly experience in managing complex integrations, strategic transformations, or business process improvements within a consulting environment.
