About the Role

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Business Transformation, your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with strategic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and implement effective change plans that drive successful adoption of transformation initiatives. Effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement are crucial to ensure seamless transitions and deep integration within the organization.

The Transformation Change Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a change management strategy aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with initiative leads to implement change plans for successful transformation adoption.
  • Assessing resources and identifying capability gaps to develop effective strategies.
  • Creating comprehensive change plans with clear steps, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Identifying and addressing sources of resistance to ensure smoother transitions.
  • Continuously monitoring progress, collecting feedback, and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks to develop contingency plans.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure buy-in.
