We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and related conditions. Our mission is to empower people to live accessible, equitable, and empowered lives.
**The Role**
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Maroochydore & Surrounds. In this role, you will provide light domestic support to veterans in their own homes through the Veterans Home Care Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with laundry, meal preparation, cleaning, community access, and personal support tasks.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a cleaning or support role.
- Ability to work a fixed fortnightly roster.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone device and ability to obtain necessary screening cards.
