Compliance Risk Manager

The role of Compliance Risk Manager is crucial in supporting the delivery of risk and compliance initiatives across the organization.

This position requires a sound general understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services businesses, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a risk and compliance subject matter expert for the business
  • Collaborate directly with key stakeholders on issues and feedback to influence risk and compliance maturity
  • Support the business to utilize standard risk and compliance methodologies
  • Develop and deliver risk and compliance-related training workshops
  • Support the compliance obligation management framework
  • Review obligation registers and update compliance obligations to support business stakeholders
  • Assist in the implementation of the governance, risk, and compliance system by providing support to the review and coordination of risk, controls, and compliance obligation data.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document controls

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in risk, compliance or audit
