About the Position

This permanent position is based in Head Office locations and reports directly to the Head of Compliance. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the development, implementation, and management of compliance frameworks. You will be actively involved in testing, reviewing, and monitoring compliance obligations within divisions, assessing regulatory change impacts, and supporting implementation.

The role has a strong focus on Financial Claims Scheme, and you will provide operational and regulatory compliance advice in relation to compliance obligations. You will contribute to managing compliance with Financial Claims Scheme, complete necessary testing in accordance with the FCS Testing Standard, and report on testing outcomes to relevant committees.

You will also engage with internal and external audits, identify and support potential control uplifts to ensure obligations are met, prepare regulatory responses and notifications, and support additional training requirements as needed.
