Job Title

We are seeking a Care Worker to provide personal care services to residents in accordance with Commonwealth and State Legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, ensuring they meet their dietary needs.
  • Maintain resident records, including progress notes and care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
  • Experience working with elderly people, particularly those with dementia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks efficiently.
