
Home Care Support Worker

Minimum requirements
- Have a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles).
- Have 3+ months of paid Aged Care experience.
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start. Travel is required for training.
- Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability work or to work in a facility/nursing home.
What this role offers
- Open to Experienced candidates
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Permanent Contract hours: 20 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
- Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties and social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face and brighten someone's day
As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
