Carlo's IGA is looking for a driven and passionate Retail Business Partner / Store Manager to take the reins of our Gilgandra store the only full-service supermarket in town and help shape its continued success.

The Opportunity

As the Store Manager of Carlo's IGA Gilgandra, you'll lead a passionate team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive performance across all departments. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and cost control targets
• Analyse weekly KPIs and financial reports to drive performance
• Maintain strong stock management and accurate pricing/ticketing
• Minimise shrinkage while ensuring top-tier product availability
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety compliance
• Build a positive, customer-focused, and compliant store culture
• Conduct regular audits to maintain safety and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a supermarket/retail management role
• Strong leadership experience, ideally in food or FMCG sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
• High-level communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer service and community engagement
• Financial acumen – ability to interpret and act on business data
• Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
• Willingness to invest in the business and become a true partner
