This is a unique opportunity to join Climate Tech Partners, a leading company in Australia's climate tech sector. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, Climate Tech Partners is the perfect place for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact.

As an Investment Analyst at Climate Tech Partners, you will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating investments in cutting-edge climate tech startups. You will work closely with our team to identify promising investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio companies and founders in achieving their growth objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to attend and participate in ecosystem events and relevant conferences, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the climate tech sector. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing fund reporting and supporting other fund admin tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. You will also need to have 2+ years of experience in venture capital or a related field, with knowledge or experience in the climate tech and/or one of CTP's target sectors (Energy, Transport and Industry) being highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong deal execution capabilities, with a detail-oriented and meticulous approach. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to dive into technical and complex solutions.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave. This role is located in Sydney, Australia, and we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
