Clinical Governance and Education Lead Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Governance and Education Lead to drive the development and implementation of clinical education programs across three Sydney based locations.

The successful candidate will lead, support, and educate staff on clinical topics, promote a culture of learning and development, and foster system-wide improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Training Design and Development or Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education.
  • 5 years post graduate clinical experience within aged care and 3 years' experience as a trainer/educator.
  • Ability to prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation including Aged Care Act and Governing for Reform Agenda.
  • Solid experience using Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
