Job Opportunity: Quality Consultant

The ideal candidate will support the delivery of high-quality care services, driving continuous improvement and enhancing clinical practice. This role involves providing expert guidance, developing educational resources, and delivering training programs to promote excellence in aged care.

About the Role:

  • Support the implementation of quality standards and accreditation frameworks
  • Develop and deliver education programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging trends in aged care
  • Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement and quality enhancements

About You:

  • You must be a registered nurse with current registration
  • You must have experience in residential aged care, with a strong understanding of quality frameworks and accreditation processes
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • You must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent
