**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Clinical Education Fellow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical teaching and learning, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
The Clinical Education Fellow will provide support for the clinical teaching and learning activities for second, third and fourth year medical students undertaking their clinical placements in Critical Care at Northern Beaches Hospital. This will include provision of teaching sessions, support and organization of junior doctors to deliver teaching and supervision, and coordination of student assessment requirements.
The role also involves contributing to the student orientation and support activities, including provision of pastoral care as needed. Additionally, the Clinical Education Fellow will contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives, including periodic review and enhancement of clinical experiences delivered at the hospital.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- MBBS or equivalent qualification;
- Completed Fellowship of the Australian College of Emergency Medicine, College of Intensive Care Medicine, or Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists;
- Demonstrated ability and experience in coordinating or delivering clinical teaching and learning, including clinical supervision of medical students and junior doctors;
- High level of competence in interpersonal skills, consultation, and effective communication;
