We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Inclusion and Belonging Team. As Director of Inclusion and Belonging, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a small team, supervising and coaching staff to achieve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, implement, and evaluate workforce programs and initiatives to promote inclusion and belonging.
- Build and maintain effective business partnerships across the ACTPS to support the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate's strategic objectives.
- Identify and develop opportunities for system-wide cultural transformation through the effective delivery of contemporary and evidence-based strategies, programs, products, and partnerships.
- Work with diverse stakeholders to promote inclusion and belonging, and provide coaching and support to staff to achieve these goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in designing and delivering organisational development programs and/or building workforce diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate challenges and competing priorities.

This is a permanent position that offers part-time and/or full-time hours. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process, which may be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
This position will be working in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). You will have the option to work from home several days per week and/or in one of several ACT Government flexi spaces across Canberra.
