Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to disciplinary matters, performance management, and administrative tasks that impact our team's performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities while fostering a positive perception of our HR Team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in an HR role within a complex, multi-site business setting.
  • Intermediate computer skills and exceptional administrative abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
