Achieve Excellence as a Strategic Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation and identify initiatives to drive revenue growth and cost reduction. Additionally, they will assess the current FP&A landscape and processes, enhancing reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence tools.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders on performance evaluation and strategy development
  • Identify and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and cost reduction
  • Enhance FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making
  • Stay hands-on with analysis while driving strategic project work
  • Contribute to the broader finance transformation program
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives on both commercial insight and building capability:

  • CA/CMA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with 3-5 years in FP&A or business partnering
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Digitally literate, with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders
