This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate certification is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, with a proven track record of supporting global teams across multiple regions. They will also have experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically and translate business needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement People & Culture plans that support strategic goals.
- Translate business strategy into actionable initiatives, including organisational design, change management, and cultural development.
- Act as a key contributor to the global People & Culture strategy, providing insights on business needs and local market realities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
