Business Partner Opportunity

The role of Business Partner is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual to support diverse stakeholders and business units across various departments. As a Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to manage complex challenges and provide guidance to drive elevated experiences and solutions for team members.

About the Role:

This role involves collaborating with HR professionals to deliver strategic Human Resources outcomes, coaching leaders in employee growth and development, and providing guidance on policies and best practices. You will also act as a trusted advisor for complex employee matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders in fostering employee growth and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for complex employee matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational policies, awards, and agreements.
  • Support the HR Manager with change management initiatives and projects to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assist with cyclical HR activities, including annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience as a HR Advisor (3-4 years) supporting a workforce in excess of 500+. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field are essential. Additional requirements include:

  • HR experience within FMCG, Retail, Hospitality industry or exposure to blue-collar environments highly advantageous.
  • Significant experience in supporting employee/industrial relations and cyclical HR activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with exposure to change and transformation projects.
  • Detail oriented, with exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 4 days onsite, once established.
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
