As a Logistics Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of third-party logistics, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics
Requirements include a strong business development and client relationship management approach, with a focus on growing the Supply Chain Logistics portfolio.
