Logistics Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, and conducting interviews to fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
- Identify and recruit top talent using various sourcing methods
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Conduct in-depth interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Complete all necessary paperwork for new hires
- Cultivate business development opportunities and manage client relationships
This role requires a combination of the following:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing client relationships
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes and procedures
