Freight Connection Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Freight Connection Specialist to join our team. This role involves building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive consistent and reliable service.

In this Melbourne-based position, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on service delivery, retention, performance, and growth through exceptional relationship management.

  • Manage daily interactions with assigned freight forwarding and agency customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service, pricing, bookings support, and account queries.
  • Develop customer-centric plans in line with commercial targets.
  • Track customer performance (volumes, margins, service levels) and proactively address variances.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
