Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Business Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing critical support on various projects, including Enterprise Agreement implementations, Ground Rostering Management Systems, and Payroll Transformation project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex data and process information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documenting system changes and implementing methodologies as part of Enterprise Agreement implementations and other payroll-led/consultative projects.
  • Creating high-quality design artefacts that clearly articulate design intent and systems/business process interactions.
  • Leveraging payroll systems expertise to solve complex problems within payroll (and upstream) system constraints.

Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and its application to systems.
  • A working knowledge of enterprise payroll systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • An understanding of key risks in payroll systems and common points of failure.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll or Oracle e-business suite (desirable).
