About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead our Sports Marketing team in delivering captivating cross-platform campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our Foxtel Sports Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sports campaigns that engage our customers and drive results. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to build effective relationships across marketing, customer, digital, programming, creative, social, and legal teams. Your focus will be on creating connected plans and ensuring successful implementation of all marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sports marketing campaigns across the calendar year utilizing owned and partner channels to deliver against key business objectives and align to the sports strategy.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize every campaign, ensuring complete cross-channel integration and proactively looking at ad-hoc opportunities.
  • Be responsible for writing briefs and rolling out creative assets and messaging.
  • Be the subject matter expert, ensuring all teams are updated on upcoming sports priorities and own guidelines overseeing all sport approvals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with demonstrable experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge and passion about sports, with a deep understanding of Australian sports codes (Rugby league, AFL, Netball, Cricket, and Motorsport highly desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and experience writing succinct, clear briefs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to deliver results while maintaining values.
  • Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and influence stakeholders where required.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management programs preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working flexibly.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to problem-solve and understand the bigger picture of decisions across the wider organization.
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Communications, etc.).

What We Offer:

  • An attractive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
