Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators to join our team on long fixed term contracts. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion through efficient planning, resource allocation and effective communication.

  • Create detailed project plans using project management software.
  • Identify critical paths and potential roadblocks in project schedules.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Track project progress and update schedules as needed.
  • Manage project resources and ensure they are allocated effectively.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular project status reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ideal NV1 Clearance.
