Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordination Specialist to support our team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

This full-time position is responsible for day-to-day administration of the Project Management team. You will work closely with internal teams, managing delivery of quality repairs. A team player with good communication skills is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Projects team
  • Schedule tasks for Project Coordinators, Managers, and trades
  • Update project files and systems
  • Customer contact and follow up insurance claims
  • Send work orders to internal and external trades

Requirements:

  • Good administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Able to record accurate notes in internal and external systems

Preferred Requirements:

  • Driver's license
  • Current clear National Police check
  • COVID Vaccination Certification
