Project Coordination Specialist

As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the management of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Manage project finances, tracking costs and implementing budget controls to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Document project progress, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or related field, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential.
