Job Description

As a Graduate Project Consultant in Environmental Approvals, Closure and Management, you will collaborate with experts in the field. We are seeking graduates who possess strong communication skills, motivation, and reliability.

You'll gain hands-on experience while learning from our team's expertise and developing relationships with clients across the region. You'll also contribute to exciting initiatives and work alongside other disciplines within the business.

We're looking for someone self-motivated and eager to grow. We'll support you in developing your technical skills, project management capabilities, and confidence in producing high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective client relationships
  • Contribute to the preparation of environmental impact assessments and licence applications
  • Collaborate with the Planning team on urban and energy infrastructure projects
  • Assist accredited auditors with desktop and site audits and inspections
  • Support the development of environmental management plans and procedures
  • Work within and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors
  • Deliver clear and concise reports
  • Occasional travel may be required for field studies and secondments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field is essential. Recent graduates or those with 1-3 years' experience in Environmental Consulting are highly valued.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role. Additionally, the ability to work autonomously and drive personal growth through various projects is desirable.

Full working rights in Australia and a valid Driver's License are mandatory.
