What We Offer

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 9-day fortnight or Mon–Thu schedule, offering flexible work arrangements. Our Boddington Bauxite Mine reports to the Environmental Supervisor.

Please note that on-site accommodation is not provided; you'll drive in and out daily. Employees ideally live within an hour's drive of Boddington. A free bus service operates daily from Mandurah and Armadale.

You'll support environmental programs and compliance activities, contributing to strong environmental outcomes across our South-West WA operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with environmental monitoring programs and data review.
  2. Support teams with environmental compliance and reporting.
  3. Liaise with contractors and consultants under supervision.
  4. Maintain accurate environmental records and systems.

About You

You'll have experience demonstrating:

  1. Building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  2. Applying initiative and curiosity in solving environmental challenges.
  3. Organizing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge in water, air, and noise monitoring and management.
  5. Clear communication skills.

Qualifications Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in Ecology/Environmental Science/Land Management or related fields.
