Leadership Opportunity with Global Organisation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team in NSW/ACT. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing field-based sales team and driving revenue growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in the industrial lubricants sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing a unified growth plan for the expanding product range, as well as identifying and delivering strategic new business acquisitions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Developing and executing a unified growth plan for the expanding product range
  • Identifying and delivering strategic new business acquisitions
  • Managing a portfolio of major accounts and building strong relationships with key customers

The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy, data-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of the industrial lubricants sector. You will be a collaborative team player with a strong leadership style and a proven ability to drive results.
