Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support/Health Service Assistance is mandatory.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Capacity to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
- The flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of residents.
- A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a valid visa with working rights in Australia are essential requirements.
