Join Our Team as an Aged Care Worker

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to the residents of our Residential Care Home. Reporting to the Nurse / Midwife Unit Manager, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of health professionals, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:

  6. Capability to perform general tasks effectively under supervision.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in exercising sound judgment and initiative in the daily execution of responsibilities.
  2. Proficient in using computer software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
