Senior Aged Care Professional

We are seeking experienced Senior Aged Care Professionals to lead and support our teams in rural and remote aged care services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered to residents across these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and government regulations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and support for residents.
  • Ensure accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation are maintained in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support and mentor staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
  • Effectively manage facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels.
  • Engage with residents, families, staff, and the wider community with compassion and professionalism.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care management, including recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People registration or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
