About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care, working closely with residents to develop tailored therapy plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective therapy plans
- Deliver one-on-one and group-based exercise sessions to promote physical function and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Participate in care plan reviews and team case discussions to stay up-to-date on resident progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the relevant health board
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
