Railway Technical Support Specialist

Improve railway operations with a career in technical support. We seek skilled professionals to coordinate implementation of field modifications, ensure timely resolution of customer issues and provide coaching and assistance to clients.
About the Role- We're looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with our customers' maintenance and engineering staff on Wabtec Locomotives.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating field implementations, resolving customer concerns promptly and providing hands-on training and guidance to clients.
- Applicants should have experience working within the Rail Industry and maintaining/troubleshooting electrical/pneumatic or mechanical/electrical systems.
- A strong customer service mindset is essential as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as trade certification, engineering degree or equivalent are required.
- This role involves working Monday to Friday based in Perth, Western Australia.
- Training opportunities will be provided commensurate with your level of experience.
