Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing essential support and care services.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are committed to supporting people with varying levels of need. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique requirements and preferences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Supporting clients with various activities, including socialization and community access
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Cert III Individual Support or IV in Disability qualification
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • A willingness to undergo a NDIS worker screening, police check, and CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
