Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Support Coordinator. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with participants to implement their support plans and build capacity.

This involves utilizing strong networking skills, experience in support planning, and excellent organisational and communication abilities. You will be working within a person-centred framework, providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience working with people with disability and/or mental illness, as well as the ability to network with local service providers. Sound organisational and administrative abilities are also essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Mental Health, or other relevant qualification;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' orientation module.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Melbourne. We offer a competitive remuneration package from $82,000 per year + super + salary packaging.
