Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as health management, personal care, and domestic duties
  • Promote clients' capacity for independence and participation in community activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a disability support worker
  • Experience providing personal care and community support to clients
  • Tech-savviness and ability to learn new skills with clients
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability and confidentiality
