Job Title: Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to manage and deliver care to a defined caseload of clients/patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the application of the nursing process and case management to maintain a high standard of quality client/patient care.

This role requires working in partnership with other disciplines and agencies, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate expertise in the specialty/area of practice, demonstrating breadth of knowledge required to lead safety effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process and case management, managing and supervising a team of registered nurses, junior practitioners, and clinical support workers.

Requirements:
  • Registered nurse with valid UK NMC registration.
  • Educated to degree level or working towards it.
  • Postgraduate expertise in the specialty/area of practice demonstrating breadth of knowledge required to lead safety effectively and efficiently.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience of relevant conditions, pathology, policies, and procedures associated with the specialty/area of practice.
  • Leadership skills to enable day-to-day management of service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology.
