Our Perioperative Service

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Data Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and stimulating environment where you can utilize your clinical expertise to drive efficiency across perioperative services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working in partnership with relevant clinical leaders to ensure accurate and timely data is captured from multiple information systems. They will provide expert clinical interpretation and analysis of this data to prepare reports, dashboards, and improvement plans that inform decision-making and drive efficiency across perioperative services.

This role requires a demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership, exercise professional judgment and initiative, and work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess experience in surgical, burns, oncology, critical care, or emergency nursing, as well as experience in data management or clinical research environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Provide expert clinical interpretation and analysis of data to inform decision-making and drive efficiency across perioperative services.
  • Leverage data insights to identify areas for improvement and develop practical strategies to enhance service delivery.
