Site Supervisor - Projects 1M To 10M

This is a full-time role for an experienced Site Manager overseeing commercial projects in the $1M to $10M range.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing site activity day-to-day and ensuring delivery meets program and quality expectations
  • Leading a team of skilled tradespeople, coordinating schedules, and driving quality onsite
  • Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent on projects from $1M to $10M
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential
