Site Operations Manager

A seasoned leader is required to oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent commercial repaint projects.
About The RoleThis dynamic, off-the-tools leadership position reports to our senior management team where approximately 80% of your time will involve site visits and project coordination, with the remaining 20% spent in the office driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.
- Plan and allocate resources including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and control costs to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Trade qualification as a painter with experience in commercial projects.
- Proven ability to drive business outcomes and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of project budgets and cost estimating.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting.
- Commitment to safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
