Job Description:

Seeking a skilled professional with experience in managing multiple commercial repaint projects in the Townsville region. This is a dynamic leadership position that involves site visits, project coordination, and office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead concurrent commercial repaint projects ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, subcontractors, and materials
  • Monitor project progress and control costs to meet deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company policies
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams promoting safety and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification as a painter with experience in commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of project budgets and cost estimating
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting
  • Commitment to safety standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
