Job Title: Senior Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Painter to lead our operations team in Townsville. As a key member of our national business, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial repaint projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead concurrent commercial repaint projects, guaranteeing safety, quality, and punctuality
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, subcontractors, and materials
  • Monitor project progress and control costs to meet budgets and deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company policies
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams, promoting safety and quality

You'll Bring:

  • Trade qualification as a painter with experience in commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of project budgets and cost estimating
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting
  • Commitment to safety standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
