Job Title: Senior Site Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Painter to lead our operations team in Townsville. As a key member of our national business, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial repaint projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead concurrent commercial repaint projects, guaranteeing safety, quality, and punctuality
- Plan and allocate resources including labour, subcontractors, and materials
- Monitor project progress and control costs to meet budgets and deadlines
- Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company policies
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams, promoting safety and quality
You'll Bring:
- Trade qualification as a painter with experience in commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of project budgets and cost estimating
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting
- Commitment to safety standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
