About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this additional position has been created due to growth and repeat clients in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing project delivery from design to completion
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
  • Leading site teams to drive productivity and quality standards
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with safety and building regulations
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to maintain strong relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing industrial or commercial projects
  • Strong leadership, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement, and site management
  • Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
