Job Role:

Seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee commercial projects within a specific budget range, requiring strong leadership and management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site activity day-to-day, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project delivery meets program and quality expectations.
  2. Evaluate project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing commercial projects, preferably within the specified budget range.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage trades, coordinate schedules, and drive quality onsite.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and effective subcontractor management practices.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-sufficient and reliable approach to work.
  • Possession of a current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is mandatory.
