Corporate Policy Development Position">

The Corporate Services Division within the Enabling Services Group is seeking a skilled policy coordinator to drive the development, improvement and maintenance of key corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.

This newly created role will lead the division in identifying and addressing priority items across internal policies, procedures and plans. The successful candidate will support with re-drafting intranet content, develop new policies and procedures, revise existing ones, and create standard processes and templates for use within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with re-drafting of intranet content for the division.
  • Development of new policies and procedures.
  • Revision of existing policies and procedures.
  • Creating standard process and templates for use within the division.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the development and implementation of policies and/or policy frameworks in government.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and interest in analysing external materials and guidance to inform internal policy requirements.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills and motivation/drive to progress project work within required timeframes.
