About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue and key performance milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage global and interstate clients to drive business into Adelaide.
  • Investigate and follow up on all major sales leads to convert potential business and lapsed business.
