Business Development Manager

Yy Group Pty Ltd is a leading construction and development company based in Adelaide, specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial property solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead market & sales expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Actively pursue new clients and projects, building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, real estate, and development industries.
  • Collaborate with key partners, investors, and suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships are built on mutual trust and focused on achieving joint growth and development goals.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities in Adelaide's construction and property development sectors.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to explore new business ideas, identify new business opportunities, and develop new business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in a business development manager role, with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • A good understanding of the property market and a strong interest in the property industry.
  • At least 12 months of living in Adelaide.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to adapt to market changes and make data-driven decisions to guide business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful partnerships with stakeholders across various industries.
